COMMITMENT FORMS
2025-2026 TK and Kindergarten Information:

A total of 3 Kindergarten TWBI classes and 2 TK classes (1 TWBI and 1 English Mainstream) are projected for the 2025-2026 school year.

If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program please complete the TK or Kindergarten Interest Form and submit it to our school secretary by 3:00 p.m. on February 14th, 2025 at Bijou Community School.

Se proyecta un total de 3 clases TWBI de Kinder y 2 clases de TK (1 TWBI y 1 de inglés) para el año escolar 2025-2026.


Si está interesado en inscribir a su hijo(a) en nuestro programa, complete el Formulario de interés de TK o Kinder
y entregelo a la secretaría de la escuela antes de las 3:00 pm el 24 de febrero de 2025 en la escuela Comunitaria Bijou.

LOTTERY INFORMATION
Enrollment in our Two Way Bilingual Immersion Program takes place through a lottery. Fifty percent of available spots will be given to English speaking students and 50% of available spots will be given to Spanish speaking students.  Please note: entry points for our program are in TK or Kindergarten. Students admitted through lottery into TK will continue into Kindergarten the following year.

  • Mandatory Lottery Information Night
  • Tuesday February 25th, 2025 @5:30pm for students entering Kindergarten
  • Wednesday February 26th, 2025 @5:30pm for students entering TK
  • TWBI Lottery Morning:
  • Wednesday February 27th @ 9:00am   

After the actual drawing held, parents will will receive an email with the results of the drawing.  

LTUSD LOTTERY POLICY

Priority is given to students in the following order: 

1. Siblings of current Two-Way Immersion Bijou students.

2. Children of permanent LTUSD employees.

3.  Students who were granted a spot in last year's kindergarten class, but then recommended into the transitional kinder program.

4. Remaining available spots will be filled through a lottery. Students must live within the LTUSD school district attendance boundaries in order to participate in the lottery.
